Yes. We source all our playing cards directly from the creators, publishers, or the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC), Cartamundi, and other reputable printers. We guarantee the authenticity of every deck we sell.

What is the Deck Profile System?

The Deck Profile System is our proprietary method for grading and evaluating decks. It breaks down the tactile and collectible properties of a deck—such as handling profile, collector grade, and display value—so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard Australian shipping takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a sealed deck?

Yes, we accept returns on perfectly sealed, undamaged decks within 30 days of delivery. Because of the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened decks unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack our shipments very carefully to protect corners and tuck boxes. If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, please email [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you restock sold-out editions?

It depends on the edition notes. "Standard Run" decks are restocked regularly. "Limited Run" or "Archive" decks are typically out of print and will not be restocked once sold out.
